1. Verify Guarantee Period: Ensure you are within the 60-day guarantee period from when your order was shipped. If you’re unsure of the shipping date, check your email for the shipment confirmation or refer to your order slip.

2. Request a Refund: Email us to let us know you’re requesting a refund. This step is crucial. Include “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to ensure it is processed quickly by the appropriate team member.

3. Return Your Bottles: Send all your bottles, whether empty or unopened, to the returns address provided below. No return label is required, but you must cover the postage. Email us the tracking ID of your return to expedite processing.


In your return package, include a note with:


- Your full name

- Your order number (found in your email)

- The email address used for your order
