Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During holidays, orders may experience processing delays.
If incorrect or incomplete payment details or address information are provided, we will be unable to process your order. This may result in an additional 3-5 business days for order processing.
***Note: All shipping addresses are verified through the US Postal Service. If you are unsure of your shipping address, please refer to USPS.com. This does not apply to international orders.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays.
We are not responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times, as it takes 1-2 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Transit times depend on the selected shipping method. Note that transit times do not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control, including material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, or natural disasters.
Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is refused, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment method selected during checkout and will be deducted from any refund. Refunds for refused products will only be initiated once the product is received and reviewed by the our team.
United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary delivery service. We cannot guarantee the replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS. For delays or any delivery issues, please contact us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Cancel Order
Due to high order volume, orders go directly to our fulfillment center for processing. If you contact us within 24 hours after purchase, you may cancel your order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you cannot cancel it. Customers will need to refuse the package and immediately notify us of the refusal date, or return the package with a valid tracking number and notify us with the tracking number for verification. Once the package is received and reviewed, we will process a refund.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Double-check your address, as we will not be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address and will wait to see if the package is returned to us. In such cases, we can provide a re-ship or refund.
Delivery of Items
If a tracking number indicates delivery to the customer’s address, we does not offer refunds for undelivered items. If an item is not received despite confirmed delivery, please contact USPS for assistance.
Returns
To receive a full refund, return all bottles (empty, full, or partially full, including any bonus or free bottles) to our fulfillment center within 60 days of the original order date. Include a written or printed note inside the package with the following information:
- Your Order ID (found on your receipt)
- Your Full Name and Address where the shipment was received
- Your Email Address and Phone Number
- Your original packaging slip (if available)
***Note: Failure to return all bottles will result in a partial refund.***
For a full refund, the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within 60 days of the original purchase date. Failure to include all purchased bottles or to clearly write your order details may prevent us from processing your refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once our fulfillment center receives the package and verifies the information, a refund will be issued. The refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the processing speed of the bank.
